A specialist Alternative Provision in Romford is looking for a committed SEN Tutor to support students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
The role involves delivering personalised academic support and helping students rebuild confidence in education.
Responsibilities
Deliver small group or 1:1 lessons in core subjects
Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs
Track progress and support personalised learning plans
Work closely with pastoral and behaviour teams
Requirements
Experience tutoring or teaching young people with SEN
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students
Flexible and creative teaching approach
Passion for inclusive education
