This role is pivotal in providing high-standard support to our students, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services while enhancing the overall student experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and implementation of Welcome Week, the Student Handbook, and leading various student support initiatives. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the primary contact for all taught programme students, handling queries professionally and courteously, and upholding the reputation of the School and University. Provide pastoral support, offer first-line advice, signpost relevant services, and assist in developing personal development plans for students. Coordinate the induction programme during Welcome Week for undergraduate and postgraduate students in collaboration with school staff.
