Who are we looking for? Cambridge Education Group is seeking a new Student Support Officer to join the expanding team with our Partnership. Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience? Do you thrive in a dynamic, student-focused environment? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Support Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support in managing key aspects of the student journey, from pre-arrival support and enrolment, through to induction, attendance monitoring, visa compliance, and student engagement. You will be instrumental in ensuring students receive a seamless and supportive experience from the moment they accept their offer to graduation This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in excellent service delivery, and wants to make a real difference in students' academic journeys, especially in an international education setting.
