Who are we looking for? Cambridge Education Group is seeking a new Student Support Officer (Wellbeing) to join the expanding team with our Partnership. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Support Officer (Wellbeing) to join our team. A component of the role involves lead on student welfare, acting as the first point of contact for students in need of guidance, support, or a listening ear. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring their wellbeing is put first by, offering timely advice, and signposting to appropriate services. You’ll work closely with internal teams, university partners, and external support organisations to support more complex welfare concerns with care and professionalism, making a real difference in students’ lives when it matters most. You’ll also be supporting key aspects of the student journey, from pre-arrival support and enrolment, through to induction, attendance monitoring, visa compliance, and student engagement.
