OverviewOur client is a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor with a track record of delivering medium to large projects and complex mixed use development schemes throughout Scotland. To support recent project awards and the ongoing growth of the business in the East of Scotland, they now require an experienced M&E Services Manager to join their existing team and manage the delivery of a range of new build and refurbishment projects in and around Edinburgh with a value of circa £20M - £100M.As a proven M&E Services Manager, you must also possess the correct personality, style and presence which allows you to interact effectively with internal colleagues and external customers alike.In return, you will be offered a secure and dynamic environment where you will work as a key member the operational team in Scotland. You will be given the opportunity to truly influence the business and benefit from their growth and continued success.Responsibilities / RequirementsMinimum of 10 - 15 years' ideally with a recognised Tier 1 Main Contractor or M&E Sub-ContractorManagement of site production, technical staff and sub-contractorsAbility to relate well to design teams and clientsCommercial awareness to minimise risk to marginControl and reporting on Health & Safety & Quality criteriaExperience of Traditional projects would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
