Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead a major commercial systems transformation?We're hiring a skilled Project Manager to take charge of replacing two critical platforms - a national ticketing system and a retail stock management system - that together support over 5 million annual visitors and drive 80% of commercial income.You'll lead the full programme lifecycle: Discovery, Procurement, Delivery, and Transition to BAU, managing suppliers, integration, stakeholder engagement, and change management.Key Experience RequiredLeading £1M+ digital transformation projects (EPoS, ticketing, retail systems)Strong supplier and contract managementAgile and PRINCE2 qualified with governance expertiseProficient in RAID logs, PID, benefits tracking, and communication plansExcellent stakeholder management and change leadership skillsExperience with JIRA, MS Project, and SDLCDesirableMulti-site or visitor-focused commercial system experienceKnowledge of government digital standards and accessibilityThis is your chance to make a significant impact on a high-profile public sector programme with a flexible hybrid working arrangement in Edinburgh.This is an Outside IR35 role.
