Job Overview
The Administrator will provide essential administrative and personal assistant support to solicitors and legal staff, ensuring efficient workflow across the office. This role is fully office‑based and ideal for someone seeking a stable, long‑term administrative position within a friendly, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support to the legal team Schedule in‑person appointments and manage busy diaries Open, maintain, and close electronic client files Maintain accurate documentation and carry out general data entry Assist solicitors and paralegals with day‑to‑day operational tasks Manage incoming emails and general correspondence Handle confidential information with complete discretion Perform general office administration as required No reception duties or call‑handling involved
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Strong office administration experience Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems Seeks a long‑term, stable administrative role Comfortable working in a busy, lively office environment Professional, personable, and confident
Preferred
