Warehouse Operative - Chelmsford - £29,700 per annum Permanent | Full Time

We are recruiting for on behalf of our client who are recruiting due to expansion and are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and friendly team in Chelmsford.

This is a hands on, fast paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and hitting targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards

* Supporting production tasks, including operating machinery (full training provided)

* Using handheld scanners and computer systems

* Working towards daily productivity targets as part of a team

* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Who We Are Looking For:

* Recent warehouse or fulfilment experience

* Backgrounds welcome from retail warehouses, courier companies, manufacturing, or fulfilment centres

* Confident using handheld scanners and basic computer systems

* Reliable, hardworking, and ready to get stuck in

* Comfortable working at pace and meeting targets

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
