Job description:

CREM Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business in Bury St Edmunds to recruit a Warehouse Operative for a permanent position.

This is a hands-on role within a busy and well-organised warehouse, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to become a valued part of the team.

The Role

* Picking, packing and labelling orders ready for dispatch

* Loading goods and preparing deliveries

* Booking in stock and checking goods from suppliers

* Storing stock accurately and maintaining stock integrity

* Supporting goods-in and other warehouse functions as required

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

* Carrying out occasional driving duties

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

What We’re Looking For

* Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

* A reliable and proactive approach to work

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Comfortable with manual handling duties

Essential Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence

* Maximum 3 penalty points

* Must be over 25 (insurance requirement)

Salary & Benefits

* £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
