ARC Regulatory is seeking an ambitious and motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on industry experience with academic learning through a structured four-year work plan, aligned with a BSc (Hons), or HND in a business related subject. About the Role As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand complex business opportunities, influence prioritisation, and support impactful change initiatives. You will rotate across multiple departments, gaining exposure to Human Resources, Business Analysis, Operations, IT, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and more developing technical, business, and leadership skills in parallel with your academic studies. Key Responsibilities Over the four years, you will: Build core business and communication skills, support analysis tasks, and gain foundational HR and operational experience. Develop process improvement and digital business skills, including ERP systems, CRM rollouts, and database fundamentals. Advance into enterprise systems, consulting, and organisational development projects. Lead technology projects, support governance and compliance work, and contribute to strategic planning and analytics initiatives. Essential Criteria Enrolled in a Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) in Business Management, Business Technology or a similar course Proven IT-related experience. Clear communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proof of right to work in the UK. Desirable Desire to be part of a growing, dynamic team.
