Special Needs Student Care Worker 16 - 25-year-olds Specialist Centre Camden Part-time (10am to 3pm) September 2025 – July 2026 ongoing contractA specialist provision based in Camden is looking for a Special Needs Student Care Worker to support students with complex medical needs and Physical Disabilities.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting students from 16-25 years old who have progressed from SEND Secondary schools across Camden. All students require continuous support throughout the day and you will be working with the Learning Support Assistants to support them in the feeding and changing of students.  Students who attend the provision who all have a range of needs including PMLD, SLD, Autism and behavioural needs.

The Centre

This specialist centre is based in South Hampstead, Camden is part of a larger post-16 London college. The centre currently provides education and care support to around 50 young people aged 16 to 25 with profound and multiple or severe learning difficulties,  complex autism and/or physical difficulties. There is a dedicated and experienced management and staff team in place at the centre and they have excellent training and development programmes. The centre operates during term-time only and is easily accessible via public transport.
