Steel Warehouse Operative – Roating shifts Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire Salary: £27,477.76 per year + Overtime + Career Progression Hours: Monday - Friday (6-2 & 2-10) Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role We are seeking an experienced Steel Warehouse Operative to join a busy rotating shift team in Kidderminster. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading UK manufacturer, with full training provided and clear progression routes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to handle steel materials safely.

*

Assist with steel slitting lines and other machinery (training provided).

*

Load and unload vehicles in line with company safety procedures.

*

Maintain accurate records and follow quality control processes.

*

Work as part of a team to meet production and dispatch targets.

*

Follow all health & safety regulations.

Requirements

*

Overhead crane or forklift experience (licences desirable).

*

Previous steel or manufacturing environment experience preferred.

*

Machine operation skills advantageous but not essential.

*

Team player with attention to detail and safety focus.
