Site Manager - Student Accommodation

Our client a specialist construction contractor who provide fit out, design and build and refurbishment services for a diverse range of client throughout the UK.
They currently require an experienced Site Manager for 8 weeks' cover to help complete a project.
Skills & Requirements:
Management CSCS qualification SMSTS and First Aid Strong Fit Out/Finishing experience Strong Management experience Experience working on student accommodation projects is desirable Very strong Health & Safety experience Great communication skills, IT skills and ability to work with different trades Working references – required
