We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Service Delivery Analyst to join our London-based team supporting technology delivery across the insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with London market insurance experience—whether from a QA, customer-facing, or support background—who’s passionate about improving service outcomes and bridging the gap between business and technology.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between technical teams and insurance stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.Monitor and report on service performance, SLAs, and KPIs.Support incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and business users to identify and implement service improvements.Assist in onboarding new clients or systems, ensuring seamless integration and support.Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal and client use.QualificationsWe welcome candidates from diverse professional insurance backgrounds, including:Service delivery professionals with London markets insurance experienceQA Analysts with exposure to insurance systems and service workflows.Customer-facing insurance professionals who’ve worked closely with technology teams or supported digital platforms.Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience in the London insurance market (Lloyd’s, brokers, underwriters, MGAs, etc.).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes or service delivery frameworks.Ability to interpret technical issues and translate them for non-technical audiences.Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments.DesirableExperience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Exposure to digital transformation or system migration projects.Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.About UsFor over 50 years, Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry by delivering value to our clients through expertise and scale.
