Are you an immediately available & experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of Life & Pensions operations and process remediation?

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a short, high-impact operational recovery project working with a leading financial services organisation to untangle stuck cases, streamline workflows, and restore smooth delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate operational recovery processes in the business
• Document processes for corrective analysis & remediation
• Work with the client to establish preferred processes around operations & workflows
• Document and standardise processes for Business Analysts to follow
• Provide updates to client stakeholders and facilitate customer-facing communications
• Collaborate closely with BA’s & project team to ensure delivery is on track

What You’ll Bring

• Senior Service Delivery Manager experience in financial services
• Familiarity with L&P systems, processes, and operating models
• Hands‑on expertise in process documentation, workflow analysis, and remediation
• Strong communication skills, capable of managing client expectations under tight timelines
• A proactive, structured approach to operational improvement and service recovery
• Dynamic & proactive with experience turning around unstructured environments

This is a 6-week contract requiring someone who can quickly understand complex processes, build clarity, and help deliver measurable recovery within a short window.
