We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-focused Retail Supervisor with mandatory barista experience to join our casual workforce, supporting operations across a range of high-profile venues.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a flexible, dynamic environment while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting front-line retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:
Leading the retail and catering teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience
Ensuring effective team communication and operational coordination across shifts
Resolving customer feedback and service issues in a professional and timely manner
Overseeing refunds, and financial transactions with accuracy
Supporting staff performance and morale through proactive engagement
Maintaining high standards of service during peak trading periods

Candidate Requirements Mandatory barista experience , with the ability to train and support others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence
