  • Booking travel and processing expenses for team members who don’t have dedicated support
  • Liaising with facilities and housekeeping teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Supporting daily office inspections and assisting with fire warden duties

Who we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a front of house or customer-facing role within a professional environment
  • Immaculately presented with a calm, helpful and confident approach
  • Highly organised, punctual and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business setting
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally respected firm with an outstanding culture. You’ll work closely with a supportive admin team and enjoy a role that combines client interaction with high-level coordination and attention to detail.
