Placement Student - Development 37 Hours Per Week Salary: £24,242.40 About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Placement Student to join our team and play an exciting role in the delivery of new social homes. Whilst being mentored and working alongside an experienced team, we are looking to offer a highly motivated and enthusiastic student the chance to gain experience in the social housing sector. In this rewarding role you will work closely with the Development Team to ensure quality homes are delivered on time and within budget. This exciting opportunity will suit motivated individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills and see a future in the delivery of new social homes. About you: You will be currently studying a Development related degree (such as property / housing / construction project management / built environment / town planning / architecture) and be on track for at least a 2:1 result.
