A strong opportunity to take commercial lead on a circa £20 million new build student accommodation scheme in Oxford, working for a highly regarded regional contractor.

Our client is a well-established, privately owned business with a loyal workforce and a healthy pipeline of work across the region. They have built a strong reputation over many decades through quality delivery and long-term client relationships. The Role

Taking full commercial ownership of this scheme from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include:

* Full QS management including valuations, variations and cost reporting

* Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management

* Cash flow forecasting and cost planning

* Regular reporting to senior management

* Client, design team and supply chain liaison

The Candidate

* Experienced Lead or Senior Quantity Surveyor, main contractor background essential

* Comfortable taking commercial lead on schemes of £15m or above

* Degree qualified; MRICS advantageous but not essential

* Residential, student or mixed-use scheme experience beneficial

* Based within a commutable distance of Oxford or willing to relocate
