We’re Looking For People Who…

• Love fixing, building, or creating – cars, bikes, engines, machines!
• Have experience in mechanics, engineering, DIY or tech-based roles
• Enjoy working with young people, especially those with SEMH or challenging behaviour
• Have ever mentored, coached, supported, or led sessions (formal or informal)
