Job Summary:
As a member of our hospitality team at Kingsholm your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests during matches and other events. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high quality drinks service, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
- Serve drinks to guests according to our high service standards.
- Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the stadium, events and services.
- Keep work areas clean and well-organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Set up and break down hospitality areas before and after events.
- Monitor and replenish bar supplies to ensure availability for guests.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety regulations.
- Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor.
