Shredall | SDS Group, is a UK-wide provider of document shredding, secure document management, scanning and recycling services. Operations are headquartered in Nottingham (Joy House, Bestwood Business Park, NG6 8TQ) and span nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide service as per customer request. Including operating shredding equipment and weighing equipment as necessary.
Vehicle Checks and maintenance sheets to be completed.
Ensure work order instructions are followed, including weight/counting items as necessary.
You must be able to drive safely and considerately in keeping with DVLA and VOSA requirements.
Ensure your vehicle has the correct tools and PPE on board to do the jobs required.
Complete each jobs paperwork as required.
Ensure that all vehicles are clean and well maintained,
Report any bumps/accidents immediately.
You will be responsible for the security of the vehicle when in motion.
Assume responsibility for matters of environment, health & safety at all times, including the completion of any forms or documentation.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and road safety standards while operating the vehicle.
This role does require an element of labour and lifting.
Person Specification:
HGV Qualified (Class 2) must have at least 2 years HGV driving experience.
Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
Solid understanding of UK road regulations and traffic laws.
Valid CPC & Tacho Card
Clean driving licence.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational and time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
Willing to show initiative.
Basic IT skills.
Familiarity with health and safety requirements preferred.
Flexible.
Team player.
Prepared to occasionally work away with overnight stays.
