Great opportunity to work as an HGV Class 2 Driver for our client's major bakery and distribution centre that produces and delivers a wide range of bread and bakery products to retailers and customers across the region.

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers in Sebon, Mitcham.

The rate of pay is £15.15 per hour.

This role offers full or part-time positions working 4 on 4 off or 2 on 2 off, with the start times of 2am.

Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and a Digital Tachograph Card.

Your Time at Work

As a HGV Class 2 Driver your duties include:

- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle for multi-drop deliveries across the region. - Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining DVSA-compliant paperwork. - Providing professional customer service and managing delivery documentation. - Loading and unloading goods up to 20kg using proper handling techniques. - Working early morning shifts (2am start) and adapting to outdoor conditions.

Please note that drivers must be able to lift and move items up to 20kg during loading and unloading.
