Roles and Teams

Volunteers are divided into two main teams with specialized responsibilities:

• Operations Team: Welcome attendees, support on-site logistics, registration, directions, and general event flow.
• Content Team: Assist with speaker sessions, coordinate with presenters, and support content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional presence for attendees and speakers.
• Assist with on-site operations to ensure a smooth conference experience.
• Support the Content Team with session management and logistics for speakers.
