The role Collect parcels from one of our 500 Delivery Units Deliver in your local area for around 4 - 5 hours a day No need to return to the depot once finished Simple, flexible, and fast paying Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 - 30 parcels per hour. To support you while you get up to speed, we offer a learning payment alongside our welcome incentives. Your Pay Explained: This 1518 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a 100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role. What youll get 100 learning payment (once you have completed 10 service days out of 21 calendar days) 1,000 welcome payment if you work 5 days per week (including a Saturday) * 500 welcome payment if you work 3 days per week (including a Saturday) * Weekend only?
