About the Role
The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Call Centre Operatives for one of the UK's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialists, based in Tamworth.
This is a non-sales role with NO cold calling. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain call centre and customer service experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls from members
Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries
Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Updating systems accurately with call and job information
Assisting with general office administration, including:
Filing
Copying
Basic data entry
Using Microsoft Word and Excel .
The Ideal Candidate
Confident and polite telephone manner
Strong customer service skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic IT skills (Word & Excel)
Reliable and punctual
