We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant. Based in our Birmingham office, this role will give hands‑on experience in a professional services environment. You will be working alongside our Pensions team, a close‑knit group of highly regarded experts.ResponsibilitiesTyping letters, legal advice, attendance notes, and other legal documents, including from dictation.Diary management: arranging appointments, travel and schedules.File management: opening and closing matters, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.Assisting with the organisation of business development events.Liaising with clients: taking messages and ensuring a professional, responsive service.Other duties may include ad‑hoc tasks as requested.About the teamOur Pensions team is recognised for its technical expertise and practical approach, working closely with lawyers and other professionals across the firm. We advise a diverse client base, including trustees, employers and pension scheme members, delivering clear, commercial advice.About YouApplicants will need to have at least five GCSEs graded A*‑C/9‑4, or equivalent.
