About the Role As the  Alumni Engagement Lead , you will be a key member of the Student and Alumni Experience team, responsible for delivering TRIUM’s Alumni Engagement Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Student and Alumni Experience, you will: Lead alumni engagement activities and strengthen global alumni and volunteer networks. Build and manage relationships with high-profile alumni to support TRIUM’s strategic goals. Collaborate with agencies to deliver compelling communications campaigns. Design and deliver alumni events globally, and support the planning of the events. Work closely with the other teams to identify relevant alumni learning opportunities. Review and enhance alumni engagement systems to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment. Contribute to the development of the next phase of Alumni Engagement Strategy. About You You will bring: Proven experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community building. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Strong project management and event planning experience, ideally in an international context. A collaborative and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
