Administrative Assistant (Full Time) We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a blended contractor operating in the residential refurbishment market. Key Responsibilities * Providing administrative support to Compliance Co-ordinator & Project Managers * Managing documentation including contracts, invoices, certificates and compliance records * Coordinating meetings, site inductions, and correspondence * Maintaining accurate records and filing systems * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors About You * Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience preferred) * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team For more information, please contact Heidi
