About the Role:

In this multifaceted role, you will be the central hub for a high volume of customer requirements, combining meticulous system administration with hands-on logistics coordination. You will be responsible for managing data entry within a bespoke system, handling delegate communications, and supporting the end-to-end planning process.

Due to the location of their clients, they seek to recruit a German or Spanish speaker in order to provide excellent communication both written and verbally.

What We Are Looking For:

Fluency in German or Spanish is essential. Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or project support role. Outstanding attention to detail and first-class organisational skills. A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to multitask effectively. Confidence with numbers and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
