Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for optimal organisation and document retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects, including data entry, research, and record-keeping.
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage general inquiries, serving as a friendly point of contact for our team and clients.
  • Track office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Experience with maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
