What to Expect You’ll spend a full year working as part of a project team, gaining insight into every stage of the construction process. This placement is all about learning by doing – whether that’s supporting with procurement and cost management, helping coordinate design information, or assisting site management with day‑to‑day operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work on one of Ardmore’s diverse, high‑profile projects across London – from residential towers and commercial spaces to hotels and heritage restorations – giving you exposure to the scale and complexity of major construction schemes. Successful applicants will secure their place on our 2026 Industrial Placement Programme. Start Date June - September 2026 – aligned with your university’s placement year schedule.
