Warehouse Operative
Location: Witney
Salary: £12.50
Hours: Monday – Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:00
Breaks: 2x 15-minute breaks and 1 hour lunch break
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to join our team in Witney on an ad hoc temporary basis. This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone physically fit and able to work on their feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
General warehouse duties
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading deliveries
Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 26kg)
Using pallet trucks to move boxes and stock
Receiving and inspecting goods
Storing items in correct locations
Preparing items for dispatch
Accurately inputting data and maintaining stock records
Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
Lots of walking and physical activity involvedRequirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 26kg
Comfortable being on your feet for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail
