KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | About the Role

  • Support the class teacher in preparing materials and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help to understand the curriculum.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive, focused learning environment.
  • Encourage inclusive education by helping every child feel valued and supported.

KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Essential requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in education or special needs support, including a degree in a relevant subject - Top 10 UK University is desirable.
