We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Tutor to join our team. If you have a passion for helping students excel in their studies, this flexible role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional one-on-one tutoring sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the subject matter. Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND), including those with PMLD or behavioural challenges Develop customised lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the national curriculum and cater to the unique learning needs of each student. Assess and regularly monitor the progress of your students, adjusting your teaching methods to maximise their learning outcomes. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel. Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns.
