My client, a leading professional services coaching services, are looking to hire an experienced Team Assistant & Corporate Events Coordinator to join their team!

Role: Team Assistant & Corporate Event Coordinator
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + bonus
Where: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office / 09:00 - 17:30

Role: Team Assistant & Corporate Event Coordinator

When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office / 09:00 - 17:30
What you'll do:
- Be the main POC for all clients enrolling onto events
- Work closely with each coach/host on specific events to ensure smooth running
- Schedule all events and associated logistics
- Act as an ambassador for the events internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the programmes
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure everything remains on budget (no finance experience necessary)
- Manage the CRM system and coaching platforms
- Diary management for the relevant coaches/hosts - ensuring no diary clashes
- Travel logistics for the team
- Basic administrative support such as assisting with pitches, proposals and logistics
- Manage deadlines efficiently and be confident enough to raise issues
- Previous experience with planning corporate events - essential
- Previous experience within an administrative / team assistant position
- Outgoing personality and happy to be the main POC for clients and coaches
- Perfect oral and written skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Be proactive to identify when things need addressing
