V&C Associates are proud to be working with a FTSE 100 company, who are one of the largest of PB Student Accommodation, growing year on year in the UK and Internationally who are looking to appoint a Student Experience Team Lead in the Midlands (Birmingham) t o lead the Student Experience team covering a small cluster or single property, ensuring excellent service, student welfare, and a safe, clean, inclusive environment. The position reports to the Student Experience Manager and collaborates with other teams to meet performance and operational goals.

Core Responsibilities Lead by example, maintaining positive engagement and brand values. Ensure consistent team presence on-site and adherence to policies. Champion student welfare, listen to feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Manage customer accounts from check-in to check-out. Drive local sales and revenue through proactive engagement and events. Maintain safety, compliance, and emergency readiness. Support community-building through Resident Ambassadors and events. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper handling of mail/parcels. Promote sustainability initiatives and team development.
