Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of a personal development calendar that includes relevant topics, events, and activities. Develop and standardize tutorial resources and training for tutors to enhance personal development delivery. Manage and coordinate major student events such as Freshers’ Fairs and enterprise competitions. Oversee student voice processes and support the Students’ Union Executives. Ensure high-quality learning resource centres are maintained and manage pastoral support across the college.
