*Job Overview* The ideal candidate will work closely with children (aged 4-16) who have unique learning and behavioral needs, offering them guidance, support, and mentorship, on a one to one basis.

Must have experience in mentoring, teaching, or working with children, particularly those with behavioral challenges.

Student mentor role is a 5 level pay structure (18-24k) with a potential promotion to a team leader position (28k) if excelling as a level 5.

Full UK driving licence required
