pmactuarial specializes in actuarial search within UK life insurance. We are seeking an actuarial student or newly qualified actuary for a large mutual insurer.

The role is within the insurance risk team and involves developing data processes for better insight into insurance risks. Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing experience analysis and cashflow models in R, and developing data processes in SQL.

The ideal candidate should have experience programming in R and a good understanding of sound modelling practices.

The role can be remote, with the expectation to attend the office as needed. The company has offices in London, Wilmslow (near Manchester), and Edinburgh.
