Your Mission
To educate, consult, support, and enrol suitable applicants into Career Accelerator programmes, delivering exceptional service, customer experience, and sales performance as part of a global team.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process
- Influence customer decisions to drive enrolments using your sales skills
- Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
- Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage and optimise the enrolment journey
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth student onboarding
- Communicate the benefits of each programme and promote partner value propositions
- Participate in training and special projects for continuous improvement
- Encourage referrals to grow student numbers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or products, preferably in education
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills across phone, video, and written formats
- Attention to detail and accurate data management in CRM
- Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
