Your Mission

To educate, consult, support, and enrol suitable applicants into Career Accelerator programmes, delivering exceptional service, customer experience, and sales performance as part of a global team.

Responsibilities

  1. Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process
  2. Influence customer decisions to drive enrolments using your sales skills
  3. Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
  4. Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage and optimise the enrolment journey
  5. Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
  6. Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth student onboarding
  7. Communicate the benefits of each programme and promote partner value propositions
  8. Participate in training and special projects for continuous improvement
  9. Encourage referrals to grow student numbers
