Student Contact and Engagement Support Caller

Salary Grade 4 (£23,700 - £25,138 p.a. Depending on experience)

This role is based on the University campus, with options for hybrid working. Flexible working arrangements are open for discussion.

Are you a university graduate? Are you a good communicator who can show empathy and understanding? Do you want to support student wellbeing?

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy communication, making a difference, and working within a team. You will be part of the Educational Engagement team, collaborating across the University with colleagues from the Digital Education Service, Student Education Service, and faculties.
