About the role
The Senior International Student Recruitment and Partnership Officer will develop and deliver the UCL Summer School student recruitment strategy, aiming to expand its presence both internationally and within the UK, and meet student enrolment targets.
Responsibilities include representing the UCL Summer School, developing and maintaining relations with partner institutions, engaging with prospective students, and organizing recruitment activities both in-country and virtually. The role involves developing country-specific recruitment strategies, conducting market research, data analysis, and planning online marketing initiatives.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Build and maintain effective relationships and networks, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy international travel.
- Be confident working independently and traveling abroad, as well as working within a team.
- Have strong attention to detail, awareness of factors affecting student recruitment, and excellent project management skills.
- Be experienced in developing and refining recruitment strategies and initiating new promotional activities.
