We’re expanding our Chelmsford team and looking for ambitious, confident individuals to join us as Sales Managers (Entry Level) — people who are ready to lead from the front, drive performance, and develop real leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment.


The Opportunity

This is a full-time, hands-on sales and leadership position designed for people who want more than a job — a career path. You’ll start by mastering sales, customer engagement, and client representation. As you progress, you’ll take responsibility for training others, managing small teams, and leading campaigns.


If you’ve got energy, personality, and drive, we’ll provide the structure, training, and mentoring to help you move into management within 6–12 months.


What You’ll Do

  • Represent leading UK brands through effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • Learn to manage your own performance and coach others to hit goals
  • Develop leadership skills and oversee team productivity
  • Build strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Attend regular workshops and national business events
