Are you an experienced educator who wants to make a difference outside of a traditional classroom setting? If you're passionate about helping young people reach their potential, 1:1 tutoring in Northampton could be the perfect opportunity.

We are currently seeking dedicated, patient, and adaptable tutors to work with pupils across Northampton who are unable to access full-time mainstream education. These students may be awaiting a school placement, struggling in their current environment, or receiving education through the local authority.

This role offers a deeply rewarding way to support learners at their own pace - with the flexibility to fit tutoring around your schedule.

What Does a 1:1 Tutor Role Involve?

Planning and delivering tailored lessons based on each pupil's level and individual needs

Building positive, trusting relationships to help students re-engage with education

Following EHCPs or personalised learning plans

Completing simple online session reports after each tuition session

Working flexibly - during the school day or after school, face-to-face or online

Supporting students in varied settings such as mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or their homes
