This role is working for a well-established payroll training and professional development organisation. The position is full time and permanent, fully home based, with regular travel across the UK and occasional travel to Ireland. The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm). The role is paying up to £45,000 depending on experience.

As a Payroll Specialist & Tutor, you will deliver high-quality payroll training both virtually and face to face, supporting learners across a range of payroll qualifications and development programmes. You will assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and contribute to the creation of engaging learning content including training materials, webinars, articles and course resources. The role also involves providing technical support and industry insight to members, staying up to date with payroll legislation and contributing to the ongoing development of learning programmes. While home based, the role requires full mobility due to regular UK travel. xehkeey

You will need:

• Recent and substantial experience in payroll delivery

• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance

• Confidence delivering training or presentations to varied audiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Comfortable working independently in a mobile, home-based role

• Willingness to travel across the UK (with overnight stays as required)
