Location: Brighton (remote)
We are seeking a Partner Student Recruitment Manager responsible for delivering New Student Enrolment (NSE) targets and managing university partnerships. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop and execute go-to-market plans and strategies to drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, experience in an international education corporate/matrix environment, and working with University Partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strategies and plans to ensure the achievement of NSE targets and manage university partnerships.
- Collaborate with University Partners, Regional Directors, Education Recruitment Directors, and colleagues in Product and Customer Marketing to develop campaign plans and strategies.
- Manage pipeline activities across source markets for designated centres.
- Maintain relationships with key recruitment contacts and lead tactical sales activities in UK University Partners.
- Coordinate with Centre Directors, Heads of Student Experience, Learning Delivery Directors, Partner Admissions Managers, and Heads of Product Marketing to meet NSE budget and profitability targets.
- Identify short-term tactical actions to boost NSE volumes, such as adjusting term dates, entry requirements, discounts, and agent incentives.
- Work with Regional and Education Recruitment Directors to ensure execution of go-to-market plans.
- Lead collaborative student recruitment activities with University Partners.
- Report on sales performance and provide market and product insights to partners for product development.
- Support the development of the Partner Plan and participate in Steering Meetings.

- Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in the international education market (essential).
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an international corporate/matrix environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Business acumen, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to short-term and medium-term planning.
