About the Role

This interim leadership role provides stability and strategic oversight across four specialist teams delivering alternative education and support services to young people with SEND. You'll manage team leaders responsible for: Two post-16 alternative education programmes (in partnership with Bath College)

Pre-16 education support packages (commissioned by B&NES Council)

Wider inclusion support for students accessing the education offer

You'll ensure high standards in safeguarding, inclusive practice, and partnership working while supporting managers and practitioners to deliver exceptional student support.
