About the Role

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for professional and motivated HGV Class 2 Drivers for a long-term ongoing position based in Dartford. Our client is a well-known global brand within the home furnishings and décor industry, and this role offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and a friendly working environment. This is a hands-on driving position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Details:

  • Hours: 50+ per week (Monday to Friday)

  • Duration: Ongoing, full-time role

  • Type of Work: Multi-drop deliveries (5–20 drops per day)

  • Hourly Rate: £17.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class 2 vehicles in accordance with company and legal standards

  • Carry out multi-drop deliveries across local and regional routes

  • Support loading and unloading of goods as needed

  • Complete pre-use vehicle checks and promptly report defects

  • Ensure all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every drop

  • Follow all health and safety procedures on and off site

Requirements:

  • Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

  • Minimum 6 months' HGV Class 2 driving experience

  • Physically fit and able to handle manual handling tasks

  • Strong communication and time-management skills

  • Flexible and professional approach to work
