DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work at our client who are a household name in the Driving Industry, in Bury, Manchester.Our client is a wholesale foodservice partner, supplying the education, healthcare and hospitality sectors to the North of England for over 60 years. Based in the Northwest, they are an award-winning, family-run wholesaler offering fresh, frozen & non-food products across the North. With ethical & sustainable sourcing, flexible delivery options and over 6,000 products available, they deliver to restaurants, cafes, hotels, bars and event caterers.This role is a temporary position.Duties:Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficientlyDelivery of consumables to schools which are palletisedHandball will be involvedUp to 10 dropsAdhere to all road traffic laws and regulationsExcellent tacho knowledge ref sound manual entry and driving hours complianceRequirements:Current CPC LicenceCurrent Digital Tachograph LicenceAn effective team member who works well on their own initiativeDemonstrates an excellent attitude to workSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliableExcellent timekeeping and communication skillsHours:Days - Monday to Friday (4/5am starts)Remuneration:To be discussedWorking for an agency can be a beneficial way of having a flexible working arrangement, giving you the freedom to enjoy a better work/life balance.
